Retire in Natchitoches Louisiana

The Cane River Creole National Historic Park at Oakland and Magnolia Plantations is closed as of noon on Friday, September 12. Safety for park visitors and staff is first priority. It is expected that damage assessment and clean-up will begin on Sunday, September 14th. When it is ascertained that the park’s natural and cultural resources are stable, the park will reopen again for visitors.

The Alligator Park is closed this weekend.

The NSU football game against Grambling State University has been postponed until 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 14.
